This privacy policy explains how naturez.net (“the Site” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects users’ personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its amendments, and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority.

Personal identifying details (name, address, phone, email); order and payment details (products, amounts, billing and shipping address — full card details are handled only by secure payment processors and not stored by us); technical and usage information (IP, browser, device, pages viewed, time on site, cookies); and information you provide in forms (contact form, newsletter sign-up, reviews).
2. Purposes. Processing orders and providing service; managing a user account; improving and operating the Site, including analytics; sending updates, offers, and a newsletter subject to your consent (you can unsubscribe at any time); and complying with the law and handling disputes.
