1. Delivery times
- Products are delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Delivery time begins only after confirmation of the transaction and full payment.
- Home courier: 2–7 business days.
- Registered mail / pickup point: 5–14 business days.
- Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
2. Delivery areas
- Delivery is available throughout Israel wherever reasonable shipping is possible.
- Remote localities may experience delays; delivery will be re-coordinated with the customer.
3. Shipping costs. The shipping cost is shown at checkout and added to the order total. The Company may update shipping costs from time to time.
4. Responsibility in transit. The Company hands the product to the courier within a reasonable time. Once handed over, delays from factors outside the Company’s control are the courier’s responsibility. Loss or damage in transit must be reported within 7 business days.
5. Delays outside our control. The Company is not responsible for delays from force majeure, strikes, unusual load, extreme weather, or logistical failures, and will update the customer where possible.
6. Stock availability. If an ordered product is unavailable, the Company will contact the customer, who may choose a full refund, an alternative product, or to wait for restock, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
