Cancelling a transaction. A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or order confirmation — whichever is later. To cancel, contact us in writing (email / the contact form) with your name, order number, and reason (optional).
Returning products. Products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are new, unopened, unused, and unwashed, in original packaging with all accessories, and proof of purchase is presented. Products that have been opened, washed, or used cannot be returned, in accordance with the law.
Cancellation fees. Where a transaction is cancelled not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may be charged, and return shipping is borne by the customer. If the return is due to a defect or our error, no fee is charged and pickup is arranged at no cost.
Refund. After the product is received and inspected, the refund is credited via the original payment method within up to 7 business days of receiving the cancellation notice, once the product is confirmed to meet the return conditions.
Non-returnable products. Custom-made products, opened products whose nature doesn’t allow return (e.g. textiles after opening or washing), and used products cannot be returned, in accordance with the law.
Defects. In the event of a defect, damage, or non-conformity, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as you choose.
